Summary: Ismail is to be highly commended for his great customer service and efficiency. He helped our daughters change room when their toilet didn’t work. Their room was also showing some wear and tear in the sofa. He showed concern about the situation, and was great in handling adverse situation such as an irate mother. The other room (husband and mine)was wonderful, though. And the daughters’ room, once it was changed to another room was good, too. Another employee who was to be commended was Alvin, who was always smiling and helpful. Will stay again at Le Chatelaine if we were to be back in Brussels.

Summary: Ismail at the Front Desk was extremely helpful in resolving a situation in our daughter’s room where the toilet doesn’t work. He should be highly commended for his excellent customer service. Alvin also is quite efficient and prompt in responding to a request we had. We will stay again at the hotel because of its staff and the location.

Summary: Highly commend the staff for their efficiency and high customer service level. Ismail gets a special mention for helping out with a situation involving our daughter’s room toilet not working. And Alvin for responding promptly to a few requests of ours. Both are friendly hard workers. The hotel is lovely and in a great location. However, it’s rather old and some rooms probably need a little more upkeep.
